The Makita DLM462Z is a 46 cm cordless mower built around Makita’s twin‑18 V LXT system, giving you 36 V of brushless power without the weight of a petrol engine. A robust steel deck, IPX4 splash‑proof rating and XPT sealing let it shrug off dust, bumps and wet grass, while Automatic Torque Drive (ADT) senses load and tweaks speed for clean, efficient cuts. One‑lever height adjustment, ball‑bearing wheels and variable‑speed drive make it easy to manoeuvre across up to 1 900 m² of lawn, and the 3‑in‑1 design lets you switch quickly between mowing, collecting and mulching. Four battery bays keep spares on board, and built‑in protection circuits guard against overload, over‑discharge and heat for longer battery life.
